About Owens Appliance Installation & Repair in Jacksonville, TX

Licensed Appliance Installation and Repair Serving East Texas Custom Home Builders

Owens Appliance Installation & Repair is a licensed installer and contractor serving Jacksonville and surrounding East Texas communities. Owner Todd Owens operates the business as a solo operation, specializing in high-end custom home appliance installation and full-service residential appliance repair.

You'll work directly with Todd on every project. While the business has been established for just over a year, Todd brings 16 years of hands-on industry experience to every installation. He has built a reputation among custom home builders—not spec builders, but those designing luxury homes where the appliance package alone can run six figures. From panel-ready refrigerators designed to blend seamlessly into custom cabinetry to appliances that look like furniture, precision matters. Todd handles complex installations that require cutting granite, modifying cabinetry, and ensuring every appliance fits and functions exactly as designed.

The business was built on a straightforward philosophy: charge fairly, explain what needs to be done, and do the work right. You won't get surprised by padded invoices or unnecessary upsells. When Todd gives you a price, it includes the work that actually needs doing.

Todd specializes in the kind of appliance work that goes into custom luxury homes throughout East Texas. Recent projects include a $10 million custom build where the appliance package totaled approximately $200,000. These aren't standard installs—they involve appliances embedded into custom woodwork, panel-ready units that disappear into cabinetry, and outdoor kitchen setups with grills, hoods, and weather-rated appliances common in high-end East Texas properties.

When an installation requires modifying cabinetry or cutting granite to fit a new appliance, Todd handles it as part of the job. This work is always appliance-related—he doesn't do standalone remodels, but he makes sure your new appliances integrate properly with your existing space.

On the repair side, Todd works on all major residential appliances: refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, vent hoods, warming drawers, microwaves, ice makers, washers, and dryers. He also services outdoor kitchen appliances, which are increasingly common in East Texas custom builds. His pricing reflects what the work actually requires. Where other companies might charge $350 just to disassemble a dryer without cleaning the vent hose, Todd charges $200 and does both—takes apart the dryer, cleans the interior lint buildup, and cleans the full vent hose. You get the complete repair, not a partial fix with extra charges.

Owens Appliance Installation & Repair serves a roughly 35-mile radius from Jacksonville, covering multiple East Texas counties. Todd focuses exclusively on residential work and doesn't pursue commercial accounts.
